the houses are rented out to contractors who come into town to work. they are owned by an older couple.
I am only cleaning between tenants. But some of the houses are really dirty and require alot of cleaning. For example, some are upholstery, some are baseboards, window seals, door trim, and some are even inside and out of kitchen cabinets.

I went to look at a rental house. No paint or carpet, just wood on walls and ceiling. The place made my eyes burn like new campers do when they are sealed up (formaldehyde there).
I was afraid it was a meth house.

My bank will let me do an assumable loan and there are papers that state that I will not be held liable once the new owners take possesion of the property. I don’t want to turn it over to the bank and file for bankruptcy.
