Also i don’t want to rent anymore because i’m tired of throwing away my money. Is there a website that would give me the listings of places to go? Is there anything i should be looking for? My mom and dad rented a house two months ago and they have been getting postcards in the mail from people offering to help stop forclosure but they thought it was just junk mail since it wasnt addressed to anyone, well today they got one that had a date and time that their house would be up for public auction Nov 4th due to forclosure! They looked up forclosure listings online and sure enough their house was on there. They have no money to move again and I live out of state so they cant stay with me…is there any recourse for them? Is that illegal to rent it out and not tell them its under forclosure? Are they at least entitled to their money back? Please, I need advice for them!
