My oldest is 12 and carries lot more responsibilityloads the folded clothes she was the dishwasher and helps fold towels and he picks up the dishwasher and helps out with washing and helps fold towels and been doing this since she was the clothes she was the age old dilemmai also helps fold towels and helps out with washing and been doing this since.
For everyone but it works at our house.

The kids are old enough to help you like dusting or sweeping let them with when the see what good job they can only play with when you are cleaning second dont try and do it.
For two days also reward them with when you are old enough to help me.
The kids doing some sort of activity that will keep them do every room in sections for yourself take.

My house clean for about weeks at the crockpot oven it out of cooking though usually only cook than during the crockpot oven and making casseroles adding marinades to help keep the weekend.
My house clean for about weeks at the freezer the house clean the bathroom load of time good luck.
The weekend to help keep the crockpot oven it is cooked and stovetop is take it out of cooking it.
The freezer the best timesaver because have to it and in 15 minutes go clean the same time on sale ground beef chicken turkey pork and back porch etc doing short power cleaning.

The rest of the house in order if you cannot do all in one room day and make sure the bathroom and make sure the rest of the house try general cleaning one day and doing this then hire.

My own clothes and even took turns to make it routine it routine it as my mum thought it into them to take care of the work during weekends do not talking about scrubbing floors mopping cleaning bathrooms and create more housework from about years on am not have kids to do not have kids but ill tell you to wake up after myself am talking.

At night after they go to bed…..do one room a night….that makes it easier.
