How should i bid on cleaning fully furnished rent houses that are rented by the week?

the houses are rented out to contractors who come into town to work. they are owned by an older couple.
I am only cleaning between tenants. But some of the houses are really dirty and require alot of cleaning. For example, some are upholstery, some are baseboards, window seals, door trim, and some are even inside and out of kitchen cabinets.

The time it would take then price out your materials and give cost per tenant if you clean them only do it would take then price out proposed cleaning schedule.

Usual bids in business are : Time & Materials .

How much time will you be doing laundry for example ?
Is there a laundry on premisis ? Is it just one or can you do multiple loads at a time .

YOU will be doing the work and should have interviewed the couple about their standards and expectations .

Do the math , You have to figure out how many hours and what your supplies cost .

Tell them what you charge per hour and then tell them obviously that some will take more and some less depending on how dirty they are.
