How to break a house rent contract?

you should call your landlord. It might cost ya to get out of the lease.

I recommend talking to your landlord. You may be able to sublet to another party. In fact, your landlord may have interested parties. If you back out of your lease, you could have serious repercussions…collections, damage to your credit, etc.
