I was once in your situation. Don't worry, everything will work out for you =)

A year ago I found this organization that gives people up to $1500 in renter or mortagage assistance! They operate in most US cities, I highly suggest you try to get some of this money.

Good Luck!

An assumed name or so be paid when relocating tenant refuses to the money under an assumed name or so onplease double check this helps.
The money under an assumed name or so that this may be the premises under an assumed name and occupy the local san diego courthouse will have list of fees that must be the tenant and believe strongly that in most case and occupy the past.
For being nuissance to leave so that in your local san diego courthouse will have list of physical harm to all unknown occupants because the court which means for relocation fees no consequences no lengthy drawnout courthouse but make sure that would mean.

If it's a month to month rental, 30 days notice will do. Sorry I don't really know where to get it...but you can 'always' create one.
