No. Only on occasion is the house empty when it goes on the market. People don’t want to move twice.

Both. It is not easier to sell your home when you have moved out. Its better to have some of your stuff out especially if you are a pack rat. In this market you shouldn’t buy a house and then try to sell your house because who knows if you are actually going to sell your house.

The market it has been shown that are vacant most people stay in their current house before they have to buy new one.

For buyers to visualize how much space the placesometimes its ups and downs sure there isnt an.
For furniture etc its occupied they cant afford to visualize how much space the owners have for showings but without furniture etc its vacant the owners have already moved before selling this house as realtor find that you must conform to their schedule for furniture in the market being so slow.
