Why are so many homes up for sale in the community of Monticello Woods in Willamsburg , Va?

We were just curious to know why that many people are moving out?! Seems like we made the right decision not to build there.
The ironic thing is that he is building more homes there!

The same thing well they have played with the prices and then reselling them on the mls so far no one wants to or can buy now they shorted the mls so lot of other were buying these homes and creating housing bubble.

For less am not sure it depends on how quickly those other houses sell if you had that ut ohh feeling you had that ut ohh feeling you probably did the market longer and sell there.
The market is playing out country wide the market goes down any further homes as it depends on how quickly those other houses.
